About the Founder

PRSC’s founder, Aiki Matsushita was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan. Mr. Matsushita has a Bachelor of Science (’94) and Master of Science (’97) in Mathematics from Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan, and a Master of Science in Computer Science (’04) from the University of San Francisco, CA.

Mr. Matsushita’s computer science master’s project was on “A Comparison of 3 pattern recognition strategies for web page classification”, that used three pattern recognition strategies: Naïve Bayes, Support Vector Machines (SVM), and Adaptive Resonance Theory (ART) all implemented in Java. All Three pattern strategies are focused on “machine learning”, which is a branch of artificial intelligence concerning the construction and study of systems that can “learn” from data. For example, a very basic machine learning system exists when an email program “learns” to distinguish between spam and non-spam messages. Machine learning is one of the key features in the applications that PRSC will focus. This is an important aspect of any software development. Mr. Matsushita’s expertise in Naïve Bayes, SVM and ART is key to the development of PRSC’s client base. His ability to adopt machine learning features in software development projects is necessary to the development of a client’s future products.

After completing his computer science Master program, Mr. Matsushita worked for AirSet, Inc., a web and mobile software application company based in Walnut Creek, CA, from 2007 till founding PRSC in 2013. AirSet offers a web and mobile application suite (www.airset.com) for personal and group online communications, collaboration, and coordination including online contacts, calendars, lists, file storage, messaging and more.
